Where's the bottom line?

Realtors® give a guarantee. If your home doesn't sell, even after all of their efforts, they don't get paid! They get 0%! If you attempt to sell your home, without the aid of a Realtor®, the expenses you have will be the same whether your home sells or not.

Studies show that 82% of real estate sales are the result of agent contacts through previous clients, referrals, friends, family and personal contacts.
